Privacy Policy

To fulfil an order: your name, email address, shipping address, billing address and phone number. To answer a support message: whatever you choose to tell us in it.

Automatically, when you use the site: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the referring page. IP address is also recorded with an order because it is one of the fields that lets us defend a chargeback on your behalf if a card is used fraudulently.

We never see or store your full card number. Card details are entered into fields hosted by our PCI DSS Level 1 card vault, and this site receives only a token plus the last four digits, the brand and the expiry. Nothing else touches our servers.

To take payment, fulfil and deliver your order, answer support requests, process returns and warranty claims, prevent fraud, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.

We send transactional email — order confirmation, dispatch and tracking, return and refund confirmations. Marketing email is opt-in only and every message has a one-click unsubscribe that works immediately.

Carriers, to deliver your order. Our payment provider, to take payment and process refunds. Our email provider, to send the messages listed above. Our accountants, and the tax authorities, as required by law.

That is the complete list. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not trade customer lists with other retailers.

Email privacy@calibratedsupply.com to ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. We respond within 30 days. Deletion does not remove records we are legally required to keep, such as transaction records for tax purposes.

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and Utah residents have specific rights under state privacy law, including the right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the request line above is open to you regardless.

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work: your bag, your session and fraud prevention. We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not track you across other websites. We do not run advertising pixels that follow you off this site.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, write to us and we will delete it.
