All prices are in USD and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown before you submit. The price you are charged is the price displayed at the moment you submit the order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we dispatch the goods. If an item is mispriced or unavailable we will contact you before charging, and you may cancel with no obligation.

We may limit or cancel quantities that are inconsistent with personal use — resale limits exist so that stock reaches hunters rather than resellers.

Every measured value on this site was taken by us, using the instrument named on the product page, on a production sample. Manufacturing tolerance means your unit may differ slightly; where a value matters, the Field Card in the box carries the figure measured for that production run.

Colour reproduction on a screen is approximate. If a colour is materially different from what you expected, that is a valid reason for a return under the refund policy.

Nothing on this site is a promise about the outcome of a hunt. We publish what gear weighs, how loud it is, how much water it holds out and how much load it carried in testing. What happens in the field involves an animal, the weather and you.

Saddles, platforms, sticks, tethers and lineman's ropes are life-safety equipment. Use them only within their stated rated weight, only with the components they were certified with, and only after practising at ground level. Inspect every component before every use, and retire any component involved in a fall.

Hunting from an elevated position carries an inherent risk of serious injury or death that no equipment removes. By buying this equipment you accept responsibility for using it correctly and within its certification.

Season dates, licence and tag requirements, legal equipment, evidence-of-sex requirements and transport rules vary by state, by unit and by year. Nothing sold here changes any of that, and nothing on this site should be read as legal advice about your hunt.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
